Restocking Fee:
- A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all returned items, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
Refunds and Exchanges:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected, minus the 10% restocking fee.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Exchanges are only available for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Certain items, including personalized products, final sale items, and gift cards, are non-returnable.
