Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at brookeandbluedenim@gmail.com. Returns sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved.
- Online purchases will be refunded to your original payment method.
- Once your refund is being processed, you will receive an email confirmation.
- Please allow 2–3 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
In-Store Purchases
All in-store purchases are eligible for store credit only. Refunds to the original form of payment are not available for in-store purchases.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
